Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-05-15 · Last updated: 2026-05-15

This Privacy Policy explains how LeverageBuilt ("LeverageBuilt," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our website at leveragebuilt.ai and our AI voice receptionist services (the "Services").

By using our website or Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or Services.

1. Who we are

LeverageBuilt is a US-based business that builds and operates AI voice receptionist systems for local service businesses. We are located in Jackson, Mississippi. You can reach us at the contact details in Section 15.

2. Our two roles

We handle information in two different capacities:

  • As a controller. For information about our clients, prospects, and website visitors, we decide how and why the information is used. This Policy governs that information.
  • As a service provider (processor). When our AI voice agent answers calls on behalf of a client, the people calling are that client's customers. We process their call information (recordings, transcripts, contact details) on the client's behalf and under the client's instructions. The client is responsible for the privacy practices that apply to their own customers. We act as their service provider and do not use that information for our own purposes except as described here.

3. Information we collect

From clients and prospects: business name, owner and staff names, email addresses, phone numbers, business address, billing information, and the operational details you provide during onboarding (services, hours, pricing guidance, qualification criteria, FAQs).

From website visitors: standard server logs, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed. We use minimal analytics and essential cookies to operate the site.

From callers to a client's voice agent (processed on the client's behalf): call audio recordings, written transcripts, phone number, and any information the caller provides during the call, which may include name, property address, service requested, urgency, insurance status, and scheduling preferences.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of sensitive personal information. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
  • Build and tune the AI voice agent for each client
  • Deliver captured leads and notifications to the client's designated team
  • Send appointment confirmations and service-related messages
  • Produce performance reporting for the client
  • Bill for and administer the engagement
  • Provide support and respond to requests
  • Protect the security and integrity of the Services
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information. We do not use caller information for our own advertising.

5. SMS and text messaging

Where SMS is part of the Services, we send transactional text messages such as new-lead notifications to a client's team and appointment confirmations to the people who contacted that client.

  • Message frequency varies based on call and lead volume.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • To stop messages, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP or contact us using Section 15.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. How we share information

We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers (sub-processors) that help us run the Services, bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. These include our telephony and messaging provider, AI voice platform, customer relationship management platform, automation infrastructure, and payment processor.
  • With the client whose voice agent handled a given call. Call recordings, transcripts, and lead data are made available to that client.
  • For legal reasons when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LeverageBuilt, our clients, or others.
  • In a business transfer if LeverageBuilt is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Call recording

Calls answered by the AI voice agent may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, lead capture, and service delivery. The agent discloses that the call may be recorded. Recording and any required consent are configured in line with the client's instructions and applicable law. The client is responsible for compliance with recording-consent laws that apply to its customers and locations.

8. Data retention

We retain client business and billing records for as long as the engagement is active and as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.

Call recordings and caller conversation data remain the property of the client. We store this data for the duration of the engagement and for a 14-day grace period after termination, after which it is deleted or returned to the client on request, unless a longer period is agreed in writing or required by law.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information about you, and to opt out of certain processing.

  • Clients and prospects: contact us using Section 15 to exercise these rights regarding information we control.
  • Callers to a client's voice agent: because we process that information on the client's behalf, please direct requests to the business you called. We will support that business in responding.

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

11. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies separately.

12. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. International users

We operate in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand information will be processed in the United States.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
